To start the 2 new Sory DLC, you need to finish the chapter/quest named
Gunslinger. Then when entering the ship (the Trailblazer) the robot
will tell you there is a beacon making a noise (its the
Pirates Fortune quest).
For The Wild Card, you need to click on the hologram inside the Trailblazer
and it will start the quest.
For the rest of the DLCs, you will have all the items in the chest of
your ship (the Trailblazer) as soon as you unlocked the ship. The robot
will tell you there are items to collect.
